The new year is a gift. You can start fresh and do things smarter than last year.
It’s a great time to sit down and look at how to improve the biggest needle movers in your business.
As a DR business owner, here are 4 big needle movers you should try to improve this year.
1. TEST MORE FRONT END PROMOTIONS
It’s simple: More swings means more hits. More hits means more home runs. More home runs means a lot more income.
Test more new promotions this year, even if they are dry tests.
This will give you more front end winners. Plan ahead now to test one
new front end promotion each month this new year.

2. GET MORE A-LEVEL PLAYERS ON YOUR TEAM.
Steve Jobs from Apple said it best:
“I noticed a dynamic range between what an average person can accomplish and what the best person can accomplish was 50 or 100 to 1.
Given that, you’re well advised to go after the cream of the cream … a small team of A players can run circles around a giant team of B and C players.”
3. INCREASE YOUR AOV.
The higher your AOV (average order value), the more you can scale your front end winning promotions.
4. INCREASE YOUR LTV.
The higher your Lifetime Customer Value (LTV), the more you can scale and the more income you can make.
Now here’s a simple way to track these 4 big needle movers. On a document or piece of paper, make four vertical columns.
In the first column, write down where each of these factors is today at the start of the year (eg, 4 new promotions tested last year, 2 A-Level players on your team last year, etc.).
In the second column, write down your goal for each factor at the end of this new year.
In the third column, write, write down the action steps you are going to take to reach these goals.
At the end of the year, in the fourth column, write down your actual results.
Repeat this process each new year. It’s simple, but don’t let that fool you. It is highly effective and profitable
