How I Get Motivated when I Don’t Feel Like It

Yesterday I couldn’t get motivated.

I drank more coffee and that didn’t work.

I exercised but that didn’t work.

“Oh sh_t, I have two deadlines today!”

So I took a 20 minute sauna and that was my
magic solution.

I was a new man, full of motivation.

A good old sauna always works for me.

Clears my head, gives me great ideas, gives me
great energy and motivation when I need it.

I do my saunas at 170 to 180 degrees for
around 20 minutes.

I’m doing them almost daily now.
